Our mid-June vacation along the California coast from Los Angeles to Big Sur was so much fun. We started out mid-week to avoid traffic on the highways and in the parks and we did the right thing. So peaceful and easy - no stress. It seemed that the farther away from LA we got, the more human we felt. Summertime and the livin is easy!
